Andre is one of the Founding partners of Key Engineering Solutions, delivering optimisation for automation, process control, and instrumentation.

With two Bachelor degrees from the University of Western Australia in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, in conjunction with many years working for BHP, Andre is an expert Process Control Engineer and now a business owner. The creation of Key Engineering Solutions has allowed Andre to share his extensive knowledge in process control and create a company founded on quick, efficient, and quantifiable results.

Andre’s ultimate goals for the future of Key Engineering Solutions is to be known as a company with impeccable standards, both professionally and ethically, ensuring every client receives maximum exceptional service.

Wilson’s exceptional energy and passion for improvement can only be described as infectious.

As a process control engineer from the Universidad Industrial de Santander in Colombia, he has worked in various sectors in both his native Colombia and his new home, here in Australia.

He is a successful project manager, engineer, and consultant who always strives to deliver value in everything that he does and creates. Fascinated by the type of leadership that inspires action, he constantly seeks to develop people’s skills and share knowledge.

With his 39 years of experience as a director in both private and public companies across Australia and South Africa, Craig brings unparalleled expertise to the table. Jeremy is an enthusiastic and dynamic engineer known for his remarkable precision and dedication. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechatronics as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Motorsports.

Jeremy has over eight years of experience in mechanical design, electronics design, automation and process control.

Within our team, Jeremy collaborates closely with senior process control engineers, utilising his extensive knowledge of PLCs and DCS. Together, they tackle complex projects related to automation and process control, ensuring seamless operations and optimal efficiency.

Colette is a highly organized, diligent, and driven Process Control Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering. She consistently goes above and beyond expectations, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and delivering results with a positive, can-do attitude. A skilled communicator and active listener, Colette excels in building strong working relationships, fostering collaboration, and providing valuable insights in team settings.

As a confident and detail-oriented professional, Colette excels in both independent and collaborative team environments. With hands-on experience in the mining industry, Colette is proficient in networking systems, as well as PLC and SCADA programming. She enjoys the challenge of optimizing systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing innovative, effective solutions. Miket is an outgoing and social individual with a keen interest in social media and digital art and truly enjoys people interaction.

As a Process Control Engineer, having worked on various projects within the Mining and Industrial Manufacturing sector, Miket has further developed his skills and experience in PLC and SCADA programming and troubleshooting, Systems Administration and Network Engineering.

His previous experience with Relationship Development, Account Management and Technical Recruitment in the resources sector focusing on Process Control and Industrial Automation, Process and Chemical Engineering and EPC/EPCM Multi-Discipline Engineering has also allowed him to support Key’s Operational Teams to ensure continuity and growth of our professional services by further developing new and existing customer relationships.

Hitesh is a Process Control Engineer with a Master’s degree in instrumentation and control. He is an enthusiastic, resourceful, dedicated and driven engineer. His good problem-solving techniques, positive attitude and willingness to work hard make him a valuable addition to the team.

He believes that teamwork and working collectively towards a common goal would help the company thrive.

Navdeep, a Process Control Engineer, he holds a Master’s degree in Instrumentation and Control from Murdoch University and has three years of industrial experience. He is known for his positive attitude, resourcefulness, and goal-oriented approach, Navdeep actively seeks opportunities in challenging environments.

His background includes work as a Commissioning Engineer in the Oil and Gas industry, Chemical and Fertilizer manufacturing, and Bulk Storage sectors, showcasing his versatile expertise and dedication.

Kyle is an eager and meticulous process control engineer who pursues excellence in his professional and personal development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Curtin University and has experience in control system design, testing and commissioning, as well as remote operations SCADA environment development. His methodical approach to problem-solving is complemented by a willingness to explore new solutions, bringing flexibility and creativity to every new challenge he faces.

Nathan is a qualified and result-oriented Senior Project Engineer, with over 25 years of experience covering product development (software/hardware), wireless infrastructure, process improvement, mining systems deployment and project management.

He is a quality driven individual with strong technical knowledge, with the ability to handle pressure and provide critical thinking to best meet outcomes and deadlines.
Nathan is very diligent in concerns of workplace safety with experience in mining HSE and project frameworks and is passionate about systems, process improvement and mentoring teams.
